The Company collects your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Online shopping and other e-commerce services: processing orders, collecting payment, shipping, and handling returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • Contracts, similar contracts or other legal relationships: performing sales contracts, and issuing and sending invoices.
  • Consumer and customer management and services: managing member accounts, member offers and store credit, responding to customer service inquiries, and sending order and shipping notifications.
  • Consumer protection: handling consumer disputes and preventing fraud and misuse.
  • Marketing: within the scope of your consent, sending information about new products, promotions and newsletters.
  • Surveys, statistics and research analysis: analyzing Website usage in a way that does not identify you personally, in order to improve the Website, products and services.

3. Categories of Personal Data Collected

  • Personal identifiers: name, phone number, email address, delivery address and member account.
  • Financial identifiers: payment-related information. Credit card data is processed by the payment service provider, and the Website does not store your full card number. If a refund to a bank account is required, we will ask you to provide your account details.
  • Personal descriptions: information you voluntarily enter in your member profile, such as gender and date of birth (optional).
  • Transaction records: products ordered, amounts, payment and delivery methods, and records of returns and exchanges.
  • Website usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and times of visit, cookies, etc.

4. Period, Area, Recipients and Methods of Use

  • Period: for as long as the purposes of collection continue, or for the retention period required by applicable laws (such as the Business Accounting Act and the Tax Collection Act). After you delete your member account, we will stop using your personal data, except for transaction data that we are required by law to retain.
  • Area: within the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the locations where the servers of the service providers engaged by the Company are situated.
  • Recipients: the Company, and the service providers engaged to fulfill the purposes above (see Section 5).
  • Methods: we use your personal data in a reasonable manner, in electronic or paper form.

5. Outsourced Processing and Disclosure to Third Parties

To complete transactions and provide services, we provide your personal data to the following service providers to the extent necessary, and require them to protect your data in accordance with the law:

  • Payment and e-invoicing: ECPay (processes credit card, ATM and other payments, and issues e-invoices).
  • Logistics: convenience store pickup and home delivery providers (such as 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hsinchu Transport (HCT) and Chunghwa Post), to whom we provide the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address or store.
  • Email delivery service: sending order notifications, password reset emails, and marketing emails you have agreed to receive.
  • Website analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, used to measure Website traffic and evaluate advertising performance.
  • Third-party account login: if you choose to log in with a social account, we only obtain the basic information that you authorize that service to provide (such as name and email address).

Except in the circumstances above, or where required by law or lawfully requested by a judicial or other competent authority, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to any other third party.

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember the contents of your shopping cart, and compile statistics on Website usage. If you no longer wish to receive marketing information, you may click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter at any time, or contact customer service.

You are free to choose whether to provide your personal data. However, if you do not provide the information needed to complete an order (such as name, phone number and delivery address), we will be unable to process and ship your order.

8. Data Security

The Website uses SSL-encrypted connections for all data transmission, and protects your personal data through measures such as access control. If your personal data is stolen, disclosed or altered, we will notify you in an appropriate manner once the matter has been investigated.

9. Children's Privacy

The Website sells products for babies and young children, but membership registration and purchases must be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you find that a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it as soon as possible.
