Anti-Fraud Notice
Store under construction. The information below has not yet been updated and may not apply to your shopping experience; if you have any questions, please contact the merchant to confirm.
Dear customer,
{shop name} will never, under any name or reason, ask you by text message or phone for information about financial accounts or credit cards, nor ask you by those means to go to a bank counter or operate an ATM.
If you receive such a call or text message, please stay alert and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately {shop name}or call the National Police Agency's 165 anti-fraud hotline to confirm.
If you receive an unknown call whose caller ID begins with “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, please stay alert, and also beware of callers who alter phone numbers or pose as specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Please also do not click unknown links or accept LINE friend requests or text messages from people you do not know.
Common scam tactics include claims of “duplicate orders” or “installment payments set up by mistake” to gain a consumer's trust, followed by requests to go through online banking or ATM procedures. If a matter involves your bank account, please call your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate an account or provide information, please simply refuse to lower the risk of fraud.
Please also change your passwords regularly, strengthen them (mix upper and lower case letters and numbers), and do not enter account passwords on public computers to improve information security.
{shop name} Wishing you all the best
