· This product requires simple assembly.

· Before ordering, please check that you have enough space and confirm the product dimensions, as manual measurements may have slight variations.(±1cm)。

· The slide track on this product is long, so we recommend wearing socks when using it!

| Delivery Notes |

· Delivery times are arranged by the freight driver and are generally within1~3days after the designated shipping date.

· Because drivers deliver along planned routes, a specific delivery time cannot be requested.

· Large orders or bulky items must wait for dedicated vehicle delivery.

· Product dimensions may vary within ±3cm(measured manually). For large products, please check the delivery location first: whether doorways, stairways, and elevators are wide enough for it to pass. If delivery cannot be completed, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping fees.

· Delivery area: mainland Taiwan. Outlying and offshore islands incur additional shipping fees.

· Special terrain restrictions: remote(mountain areas, townships, towns, villages, and the like.)If delivery is not possible, the company reserves the right to decide whether to ship.

| Returns and Exchanges |

· We do not accept returns because of a size mismatch. If you insist on returning, round-trip shipping will be charged.

· All products pass our quality inspection before shipping. If a new item is found defective because of transport,

please arrange a return/or exchange as soon as possible after signing for delivery.

· After receiving the goods, please first check within2days whether the product is correct and free of defects, and tell us immediately if there is any problem.(Do not assemble it), to protect your rights.

· Once this product has been assembled and used, returns are not accepted.

· Only for damage not caused by people; returned products must not be broken or dirty.

· Returned/or exchanged items must keep the complete original carton and packing materials and be repacked as originally packed, otherwise your return and exchange rights may be affected.(If a return cannot be restored to its original packaging, a packing-material fee will be charged.)

· From the day of receipt, the first7days are the inspection (cooling-off) period,(not a trial period.)

· If a return during the inspection period is not due to a product quality defect, shipping fees will be charged.
